Seascape Luxury Retreat | 4BR with Elevator & Ocean View Balconies | Jacksonville Beach

We truly enjoyed this property. It was very clean upon arrival and the amenities are exactly as described. Host was very responsive if we had any questions. We will definitely be staying at this place again.

Great Location - Great Hosts - Beautiful Home Positive: The location was convenient and fit our needs. Walking distance to the beach and nearby park as well as other areas of attractions. If you need a rental car - there is a location, just a block away too - which also made it convenient for us. The house was perfect and had all the luxuries of home. Bonus was the elevator which operated to all floors. Negative: It would have been nice to have our rental agreement in advance of the day of arrival. I'm not sure if that is a policy of Booking.com - or the hosts - but there were things we could have done differently with a bit more time for preparation should we have known more about the rules and regulations prior to arrival. We worked thru it and the communication with the host was exceptional, but unfortunate for us to learn we had to make some last-minute updates to our weekend events. This statement by no means is meant to be negative regarding the property or the hosts - it simply is a statement that would have been a "nice to know" had we received the rental agreement in advance.

Positive: Great location and the best breakfast at Jax Beach Haus that we were able to walk to. Negative: The main couch was a little uncomfortable

The property is exactly as pictured and it was very comfortable. Positive: The property was in a great location to the beach. It was very roomy and the 8 adults fit comfortably.

Great rental house! Very clean, 1 block from the beach and super helpful to have the elevator. The Opulent Property Management was fantastic to work with and responded to all requests within minutes.
