Great location, perfect for our family of 4!

Awesome beach stay, great start for the money Positive: Right on the ocean with convenient parking.

We enjoyed our stay, and the owner was very kind/helpful. It’s located right by the beach with excellent views! You can tell it’s an older building/unit, but it’s nicely furnished, and we were pleased with the cleanliness (always most important for us).We were in town for my daughter’s national dance event, which meant she had early morning classes and rehearsals, but the sunrise was beautiful. We stayed a couple extra days to enjoy the beach as a family. The sand toys were nice for the kids. We did have one issue during our stay, which the owner worked quickly to resolve. Our trip was wonderful, and we’d book with this renter again!

the condo is exactly as described. it’s an older building with all the updates in the unit. great views on the balcony with plenty of space to enjoy. excellent access to an awesome beach. the pool is a wonderful alternate to the beach. it was clean and nice. very close to restaurants, grocery, shopping. we loved the vibe in Jax beach! thank you for the time in this lovely space!!

The condo was nice and convenient to the beach . Everything you needed was provided , management was easy to work with . Only con was no ice maker and door handle was off on the refrigerator. Other than that was great . We enjoyed our time
