Sandpiper 4B

It was clean. We could not turn ac below 74 so we were hot. Puddle of water several times on hallway. Reported twice. Took 2 days to fix.

Our vacation at the Sandpiper this week has been wonderful in every way!! The unit was beautifully decorated & it had such an incredible view of the ocean. The kitchen is modern & fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking &the balcony was so relaxing. I also like that there are 2 lifeguards on both sides of the unit far enough away to not block your view but close enough to help if needed . We spent many mornings sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise enjoying our first cup of coffee. You can walk to breakfast spots & restaurants for dinner !! It’s close to everything and it’s a 1 minute walk to the beach ! I highly recommend this place, it’s truly a gem. We will definitely be booking here again next year !!

We booked last minute the host was very accommodating. The property was very clean, had everything we needed, beds are very comfortable. The view is beautiful from the balcony. It has beach access just steps away. We also enjoyed the pool. If you want to be on the beach this is the place. If we have an opportunity to go back to Jacksonville Beach we will definitely try to stay here again.

This condo is adorable!! Beautifully decorated, location and view are awesome, kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfy, all appliances (including AC!) worked perfectly. We had trouble with our door code upon arrival, but they responded very quickly with a different code and we had no problems after that. We also added a day to our stay with zero problems. The only thing I didn't like, and this is totally personal preference, is there was no closet space to store things or kitchen space to store food, as this is a relatively small condo. But we made it work. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Our stay was wonderful.
