Oceanfront w/ Pool - Safe, clean and Quiet

We had a very enjoyable visit - the condo was clean, bright, beachy and had a spectacular view of the waves. It had everything we needed, parking was great, and the area was quiet. Easy walk to restaurants/bars in Jax Beach. We will be back!

Second time staying here. Great location. Could have been cleaned a little better, but enjoyed our time.

Great stay with family. Would recommend this place. Likes: 1 spot of covered parking and extra allotted space outside garage plus other parking close by, amazing beach view with 4 places to sit on private balcony, bedrooms separated by kitchen, comfortable mattresses, plenty bedroom storage,small desk out of the way (because my husband did need a work space), beach towels and chairs provided, walk over to beach was extremely close, outside hose and shower to rinse yourself and your belongings before returning to place, pool had nice temperature even though it was in the full sun all day, provided perfect amount of cleaning supplies for our stay(Lysol spray cleaner, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, etc. etc.) and tons of coffee (drip and pods) and coffee additions. Condo was cleaned well! Dislikes/suggestions: No rugs in bedroom to eliminate some sand, a light weight vacuum would be nice because even when we were diligent about rinsing before returning to the condo, the floors were extremely sandy and I am a beach person. Closet doors throughout condo were difficult to open and close as well as the heavy sliding glass door. These are all quite dated. Unable to adjust air conditioning temp at all! Was set at 76 degrees for our entire stay. No ceiling fans but a small oscillating fan provided. Lastly, bring special cooking items if you plan to prepare a nice meal. One good chopping knife would be a great addition.

The property was very clean. Accessing the building was easy. There were several amenities not mentioned that made our stay Exceptional. Anything we needed was there. I will be back.

Great location, good for pets. Positive: Great location Negative: Not as clean as I would have liked but I understand it’s a pet rental. The couch had something on it. The air filter had never been changed. Parking spot was tricky to get out of.
